CATERING AND VENDORS
All vendors and caterers providing services for your event at the Facilities must be pre-approved by Po‘oku Events.
All caterers and vendors must additionally insure Po‘oku Events and provide proof of liability insurance prior to the Date.
No permit or liquor licenses is required on this private property on the contingency that the alcohol is not being sold, purchased, carried or consumed off property. However, as the host you will need to know that you will carry the full responsibility for alcohol consumption, including; appropriate age, overconsumption, and any alcohol related accidents or injuries. It is imperative that your servers understand these responsibilities.
User agrees to comply with any and all laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, orders regulations and requirements of the federal, state, and local governments, and all of their departments or bureaus, applicable to User’s use of the Facilities, including without limitation, obtaining any necessary liquor licenses and the payment of all sales, use and entertainment taxes or fees.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
User shall furnish evidence of insurance as follows: bodily injury liability coverage shall be not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence and property damage liability shall be not less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence. User will provide the Facility with evidence acceptable to the Facility that such insurance has been obtained at least seven (7) days prior to the Date. User shall obtain such insurance at its sole cost and expense and such policy shall be endorsed for the benefit of the Facility.
For events where alcohol is served Po‘oku Events may require additional security paid for by User.
Public events will require the User to hire additional bonded and insured security services approved by Po‘oku Events.
